Choosing a size
Adult and child size labels describe different garment ranges. Use the size chart on the exact product page, compare garment measurements, and check freedom of movement and access to zippers. Contact jenny@flutterby.biz if a measurement is unclear; do not infer a fit from an age label alone.
Removable weights and compatibility
Weights can be removed from current Cocoon hoodies. That does not establish that weights from different sizes, older styles or another manufacturer are interchangeable. Contact us with the exact garment and weight details before substituting a set. The included set is not an instruction to use every weighted bag.
Care before and after use
Inspect the garment, pockets and weighted bags before use. Follow the product’s Safety Guidelines. For Cocoon hoodies, remove the weights before a cold machine wash and air dry the garment. Surface-clean bags and air dry. Do not tumble dry. Charlie and Asha are surface-clean only and are not microwavable.
Website orders, shipping and returns
Website orders are packed and shipped by Flutterby. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of availability or timing. For website purchases, the return window is 30 days from purchase, and the customer pays return shipping. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact jenny@flutterby.biz before mailing a return to confirm instructions and the return address. Read the full returns policy. For orders placed through Amazon, use the return process and terms shown for that Amazon order.
